Moty Cristal is an internationally recognized negotiator practitioner and consultant. He has worked extensively in difficult and complex situations with corporate, government and community leaders. He has a unique systemic approach to the world of negotiation and the benefit of his experience and success to the private and public sector.
From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Cristal served in various official negotiation capacities in Israel's Prime Minister’s Office and Ministry of Defense. Mr. Cristal is a Lt. Colonel (R.) in the IDF, with extensive practical experience. He also lectures and consults worldwide on crisis negotiation and complex crisis management. In recent years, he expanded this skill set to deal with crises in the cyber world and in various ransomware and extortion situations.
Moty graduated from Bar-Ilan Law School in Israel (1994), and Harvard Kennedy School of Government (1998), he served as board member of the International Association of Conflict Management, and a Steering Committee member of the prestigious PIN Group (Processes in International Negotiations). He is a Professor for Negotiation Dynamics at SKOLKOVO, Moscow's leading Business School, as well as a lecturer at the leading Executive MBA at the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University, the Lauder School of Government at and the Arison Business School at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia.
Since 2001, Mr. Cristal advises, consults and trains business people, top managers, CEOs and senior government officials in US, Europe, Russia and Asia in analyzing, planning and designing complex negotiation and crisis management processes.
